Jeanne Grunert

In 2007, I did what my family thought was crazy. I quit my successful career as as marketing executive with a big publishing company in New York City.  I sold my house. I packed up my family, my cat and all my belongings and moved to my 17 acre farm in very rural south central Virginia.  I began freelancing full time, making my living as a writer, marketing consultant and creative entrepreneur.

Life has never been the same.

Life has never been this much...fun.

Sharing this adventure is my husband, John, and our furry family: Shadow, a rescued German shepherd dog; Pierre, the gray office cat; and Razzleberry, a ginger kitty rescued from a roadside ditch. 

I love to garden, hike, practice yoga and read. I collect Breyer model horses and artist resin horse models.  I sing fairly well and play piano badly no matter how much I practice.  I welcome followers on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and Pinterest; visit my consulting website for the links and say hi via social media.
